Coast & Canyon Realtors is the oldest (est. 1978) real estate firm continually operating exclusively in Topanga Canyon. As such, we have represented the sale of more properties in Topanga than any other company. The properties that we represent range in price from $750,000 to over $5,000,000 with the current median price being $1,150,000. At present, we have a large inventory from which to choose, including ranch property and horse property. This is an area of individually designed homes; therefore, we have a variety of styles available on smaller to large lots -- some on acreage sized parcels.
